– Return & Refund Policy

1.⁠ ⁠(Returns)
   You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
   Items must be brand new, unused, and kept in the original packaging with tags attached.
   Round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer, who must purchase and print the return label themselves.
   Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

•⁠  ⁠Customer’s personal selection errors (e.g., wrong model or color)
•⁠  ⁠Pure “change of mind”
•⁠  ⁠Custom items or Final Sale items

2.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items
   If the item is damaged or defective, please notify us via email within 14 days of delivery and attach clear photos or videos.
   After review, we will either resend the same item free of charge or issue a full refund.
   We will not process the following situations:

•⁠  ⁠Damage caused by customer misuse, accidents, or improper storage
•⁠  ⁠Claims submitted after 14 days

3.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellations
   Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
   After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
   Cancellations within 12 hours are subject to a 30% cancellation fee to cover processing and administrative costs.

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Issues
   After shipment, VacVel® is not responsible for:

•⁠  ⁠Shipping delays
•⁠  ⁠Packages marked “Delivered” that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered
•⁠  ⁠Issues caused by an incorrect address entered by the customer
  If a package is lost in transit (but not marked “Delivered”), you may contact them for assistance with an investigation, and a reshipment may be arranged at our discretion.

5.⁠ ⁠Incorrect Shipping Address
   Please verify your address before placing the order.
   If you need to change it, email them within 12 hours of purchase.
   If the address is incorrect and the 12-hour window has passed, resulting in a failed delivery, no compensation or processing will be provided.

6.⁠ ⁠Refunds
   Refunds will be issued if the following conditions are met:

•⁠  ⁠Returned within 14 days and passes inspection;
•⁠  ⁠The return period has not exceeded 14 days;
  Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to process the credit.
